Corinne Noyes
Corinne Noyes doesn’t waste time. In the last four years she met and married her husband, had a baby and started ‘Madame Flavour’ a tea business based in Melbourne.
In the last 12 months ‘Madame Flavour’ has grown from an ‘idea’ to a business which supplies specialist tea to 600 supermarkets across Australia and in Hong Kong.
Corinne is a working mum juggling a lot of pressures. She oversees all business operations from the production of the tea (which she travels to Sri Lanka to manage) to marketing, distribution, sales and customer service.
Running this rapidly growing business from home, with husband Matt and three year old Sienna by her side, Corinne is at a pivitol point in her life. As ‘Madame Flavour’ grows, it's becoming increasingly difficult to run the company from home.
Over the next eight weeks, Corinne wants to overcome the way she reacts to, and manages, the stresses in her life and put strategies in place to grow and expand her business.
‘Body and Brain Overhaul’ Presenter, Paul Taylor says: "Corinne’s body and brain are in fairly good shape. But her stress and anxiety levels are having a huge impact on the way she operates at work and on her relationships at home."
Through diet, exercise and working on the way she thinks, Paul wants to give Corinne ‘the tools to better manage her home and work-life stresses’ and help her take her ‘Madame Flavour to the next level.’
